This place sucks. If I could give 0 stars I would. I literally have to wait 3 hrs just to get simple oil changes and brakes on my car. You speak to manager about the complaint and they just seem to not care. I have no choice but to come here because of the warranty on my car. But this is ridiculous. If it wasn't for the ladies at the desk for being respectful and very kind to me as well as understanding this place wouldn't be what it is.
Philphott Hyundai in Nederland made the purchase very professional and easy, 100 % better than Houston.
I dropped a document by accident at PH. They called me up and kept that important scap safe for me.
Not the worst, but I would never go back. It took them 3 months to send my registration and title to the DMV, and that was only because I had to contact one of the managers to get it done. Meagan was hands down one of the worst salespeople I've dealt with. She lied too much and was so confident for someone who was so clueless. She wouldn’t help sending my registration for some reason and eventually stopped answering me. Overall, very unprofessional. I would’ve given 1 star, but Jason, the manager, was helpful.
