Showed up on the lot at 520pm Saturday to check on a vehicle I had cash to buy and was told they were closed. There sign and website says 6pm. So I just want to warn people call before you go they close earlier than listed. Another car dealership will get my business. I will not do business with Philpott.
Service representative was very good as always Blue link had never been activated. Was never done at the dealership where I bought my Tucson. Joshua Witherspoon jumped in to get it activated and the app put on my phone. Very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Had to call the bluelink help desk etc to get it operational. Gave me case number to call if it didn't start. However before I left the dealership he checked to see if bluelink had been activated & it had been. Way above the normal customer care . Angelo met me the first day I was on the lot. There was no pressure to buy nor even come back. He answered my questions as tho I was buying the car that very day. He and I spoke several times in the phone and he explained every concern I had about the deal, the trade in and the paperwork. This was actually a pleasant experience buying a vehicle.
Great customer service and great service, would definitely recommend to everyone.
