Called this florist for a delivery for Mothers Day - it will be my last. I called in the morning and was told my item could be delivered by the afternoon to my moms work place - they were well aware that it had to be there before 5pm. The delivery never showed. . . when I called they had me speak to the manager and he pretty much was unsympathetic and said they were there to deliver at 5:10pm and no one was there - come to find out my mom was there until 6pm and nobody attempted any delivery. to the comments below im the mgr of this shop and we do vaule our customers and that why we have been in business for over 90 yrs and i have done over 300 wedding here in abilene in the last 6 yrs ...

i will never recommend them to anyone!i order my bridal bouquet and two corsages, we paid in advance i was told by the manager sammy that they had to special order my flowers that why the arangement i wanted went from 50 dollars to 150 when i told him i needed it made into a bridal bouquet well we ordered and paid and was told to pick the flowers up at 2-4 on oct 30 my wedding date. we showed up at 3 and they acted shocked to see us they ran around looking for flowers that werent there. they told me that someone i have never... read more

I am so Pleased with the Management & Customer Service with your shop. Our little girl recently Passed Away in Feb 2011 and her Casket piece was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING... A BUTTERFLY EXPLOSION. The Experience of their Florists show in the Quality of their work, It was an Honor to have them do Our daughters casket piece.
