I came to this salon based on my best friend’s recommendation and was very clear about what I wanted: to remove the orange tones from my hair. The stylist even showed me a photo of the result, which I loved, but when the work was done, only my roots looked darker—the orange color I wanted gone was still there. She did an amazing job cutting my hair and took the time talking with me and understanding what exactly I was wanting to do with my hair. She nailed it!!
