Their office never answers their phones nor return calls after leaving a voice call. It's to the point that my insurance company and my pharmacy are constantly calling me, frustrated not getting in contact with the doctor's staff.

I realized why I stopped coming here. The office personnel is still rude . After all these years , no one picks up the phone and when they do, they are still rude. Stop answer your question and answer what the client is asking for

Very patient, professional, well mannered, good listener. He didn't rush his patient even when the office is really busy. He makes his patients comfortable. His compassion makes it all

Her warm personality makes every visit pleasant, and she goes above and beyond to assist with appointments and questions. This has been one of the most frustrating and disorganized medical offices I have ever encountered. My grandfather prefers this office solely because the doctor is Haitian, but the staff—including Beatrice, Paula, Lisa, and others—consistently demonstrate a lack of competence and professionalism. With over six people at the front desk, it is unacceptable that they struggle to send records, update information, schedule appointments, or provide even the most basic level of patient care.
