Very disappointed by the service from this office. The front desk staff are terrible with scheduling and they rarely answer the phones. Very rude and not empathetic to the needs of their patients. You need to drive to the office to schedule an appointment. Also, unable to obtain referrals for other practioners although appointments may already be scheduled until seen by Dr.Philohene but he had no appts available until a month or so out. I will be searching for a new practitioner as of today for my clients.
How can you have a medical practice that deals with something as critical as Pulmonary issues that is basically life /death and don't answer or return phone calls???

Love Dr Johnson. I BEEN UNDER HER CARE FOR 20 YEARS. Very caring and compassionate person she is. I multiple health issues throughout the years and she sent me to the best specialists. I can't say enough about Dr Johnson. Dr philogene is great to I seen him when Dr. Is away and I had emergencies.
I had my first visit with Dr. Phillogene yesterday, and I must say I was very impressed. He has excellent bedside manners, truly cares for his patients, and made me feel very comfortable. I went with my aunt, and he was so good that I even considered switching doctors myself. However, the front desk staff is a major concern.
