How can you have a medical practice that deals with something as critical as Pulmonary issues that is basically life /death and don't answer or return phone calls???

Love Dr Johnson. I BEEN UNDER HER CARE FOR 20 YEARS. Very caring and compassionate person she is. I multiple health issues throughout the years and she sent me to the best specialists. I can't say enough about Dr Johnson. Dr philogene is great to I seen him when Dr. Is away and I had emergencies.
I had my first visit with Dr. Phillogene yesterday, and I must say I was very impressed. He has excellent bedside manners, truly cares for his patients, and made me feel very comfortable. I went with my aunt, and he was so good that I even considered switching doctors myself. However, the front desk staff is a major concern. I was skeptical of the negative reviews, but they were proven right. This place DOES NOT ANSWER THIER PHONES AT ALL. Not for Doctors, pharmacies, nor patients. The girls at the front desk are also rude. Dr. Philogene is actually a good doctor but I'd rather poop on my hands and clap before dealing with this place.
