My chicken tenders were overcooked and soft my fries were soft and stuck together plus was to get coke slaw and did not get I have never had this happen before
It’s a shame I was trying to give back to small mom pop shops and I get a soft soggy gross pizza. Was disappointed that I ordered pizza from here. By the time my delivery got her the box was soggy I opened it up and all the cheese was off the pizza. Won’t be ordering here again 🙅🏼♀️

They fell flat as soon as they got new owners . The food is not near as good. The atmosphere is not what it was. Just Not the same. Nothing special. Nothing worth getting. This place is a block from me and I still go across town now.
I love their pizza turnovers, but I've never had any thing here disappoint me!

I'm a pizza phanatic and I love Philly's Phatties! Especially when we are hanging out at Tonewood for some adult bevs.
Really disappointed in the new ownership. Just screwed up my order and didn’t do anything to resolve it, just argued with me that I ordered it wrong, which I didn’t. I miss the old Philly Phatties.
