The food was great but not the service. Lady messed up my order then blamed me when she told grill op to fix it. No hunny I don't order food that I can't eat! NO apologies until I was walking out the door. Won't be going back.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! OVER 1.5 HOURS FOR DELIVERY AND INCORRECT ORDER! WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN!
Placed a delivery order. Sent wrong order. When I called the manager Leon was very rude and said there was nothing he could do. Called the owner Melissa Thompson and got same results. Stated I could not get my money back. Horrible customer service and extremely rude by both parties.
A HUGE shout out to the new owners of Philly Connection! .Awesome people and even better food! Check out all of the new sandwiches and the funnel cake french fries. Such a change with customer service, food quality and they even deliver. You'll be glad you did!!
