This is the second time I’ve rented with Philly Car Rentals and I’ve been very satisfied both times. The process to rent the car is very quick and easy. And you can rent with your debit card; no credit card required. Harry is easy to work with and he is professional, and efficient. He’ll get you in and out in no time. Will definitely rent with Harry again next time I’m in Philly.
