Both Dr. Phillips and her staff are courteous, professional and efficient at reviewing healthcare issues and resolving critical care needs. I've found her to be one of the best doctors I've had not only for medical reasons but for showing how effective she is with handling clients.
Doctor ignores serious conditions and brushes them off as if it's nothing to worry about. Will not return any calls while receptionist provides unsolicited medical advice. My mother was one day away from dying thanks to Dr.phillips ignoring her for 6+ months. Thankfully we found another specialist who actually did something about the condition and honoured his medical license. Be cautious about this doctor! Not to be trusted.
