Our fridge water line started leaking and we didn’t know it was leaking until it went through the floor and water started pouring out of the garage ceiling. We called my daughter who then called Michael. He was at our house in less than an hour and walked us through everything and different options because It damaged our floor and cabinets. If we have any more problems he is who we will call again. Thank you for your help.

This was pretty much the best experience I ever had with anything related to construction. My tenants had a small leak on one of the pipes that was between four separate rooms of the house. I had a plumber along with water mitigation specialists who came by. Not a single person was able to detect the source of the leak. Not even the insurance adjuster.
