Great touring manager, friendly and pleasant experience
I had an extremely disappointing experience with Retreat at RTP. After submitting my application and paying the non-refundable application fee, I have not heard a single word from management. Despite my numerous attempts to contact them via phone and email, I have received no response whatsoever. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. If this is how they treat potential tenants, I can only imagine how poorly they address issues for actual residents.
