Scott is an incredibly competent, honest, communicative, kind, and timely service professional. Not all heroes wear capes. He has come to my rescue and gone above and beyond over the past couple of weeks and I would recommend him highly to anyone who needs well or pump related services. I've worked with Phillips Pumps for years, and they are fantastic. My old pump failed, and they offered several options for replacement. They provided detailed information to help me to decide on the best pump and controller for my well. That was eight years ago, and I'm extremely happy with the system they installed. Two years after the new system was installed, we had a lightning strike. The well stopped working. They came out right away, pinpointed the problem on the pump controller, and fixed it.
