April 2019 Listed a house for rent. Submitted an application online and made a request for a showing. Never received any feedback that my application was received. Attempted to make contact. Phone numbers do not work, and the one that does is an automatic message that goes around in circles that tells you to go to their website. I trusted them to take care of my rental and that was a HUGE mistake. Since Amanda W****** took over control of the company I have had nothing but issues that drag out for months with her. My property has sat vacant for months with no renters...costing me money. The past 6 months rent checks arrive whenever, less than they should be....again costing me money.
