Everybody is nice and pleasant until you start renting from them. Lets just say you want to put in one maintenance request it only took one but here are some examples I had to chose from; like an appliance still not working, roaches still getting in, leaks, the mold the leaks created, cracks in the wall, invisible maintenance work being done that I didn't request. The females that manage the property are so nice. I am sooooooo HAPPY with where we reside. My neighbors are friendly, the property is beautiful, and kept up, clean.
