Phillips Plumbing & Mechanical was called to do work on my condo (replace a corroded section of heating pipe). Due to their inexperience and lack of basic plumbing knowledge, they neglected to bleed the system properly after replacing the pipe. They introduced air into the system. I've used Phillips plumbing for 7 years and so far so good 👍. Serge just installed a new water heater. He worked hard getting the thing down the narrow curved stairs and the old one up. It's no joke. Good job.
