One of the springs on my garage door broke and so it would not open it (it could not be opened with the genie or the wall switch). A neighbor who had a similar problem a couple weeks earlier referred me to Coleman. Coleman is the owner and operator of this company. I put a call into him Sunday evening (when he was closed) but he called me back promptly the next morning around 7:00am.
