Scott Phillips and his team are very professional and polite, They came out today and replaced the air handler and installed my thermostat and did an amazing job. I would highly recommend Phillips Mechanical to anybody that needs AC work done. Came home from work the house very cold, and wife is happy Scott you and your team are the best
Scott said he was going to go to my place and help me with my broken AC/heat. Then he never did. I kept reaching out to him, he would say he would do it, and then wouldn’t. After three attempts, three promises, the conversation ended with him ignoring me. He is a nice guy, but he totally wasted my time, and didn’t do what he said he would do.
These guys are nicest most honest people. They do exactly what needs to be done without giving you long delays or overcharging you. I was charged 110 for another service to come out and just look at my HVAC without attempting to fix it. Phillips came out and having knowledge of the charge from the other company, the Technician did not charge me for their fee to inspect. They busted their butt to get my HVAC running. Really great people!
