I have lived at Aspire McKinney Ranch for almost 8 years. I love my apartment. It’s spacious , love the high ceilings. The property is well-maintained. The parking lot is very well lit, which makes me feel safe. The staff is great, if you have any issues, the maintenance is properly taken care of in a timely manner. It really is a great place to live.

I have lived here for about a year now. I can truly say this is a great apartment complex. Of course there are some small issues here and there. But the leasing office is always willing to help (even when the resident is not always the kindest). I have had multiple small things I have needed to reach out to the leasing off for, and no matter what they are always professional and kind. My move in was ok I thought it was going to be a good apartment until I start my new apartment cleaning to just sanitize things. The last tenants and the apartment itself did not try to clean anything the refrigerator and oven was filthy. On top of that when you move out they want to charge for things that probably should have been fixed before you moved in.
