Racist Company culture. Director of Operations made fun of My son's black girlfriend's hair. Maintenance Supervisor treated my black co-worker and black residents awful.

The management team of this property doesn't value their tenants nor their safety. I recently terminated my lease due to severe spider issues (quarter size ones). When I awoke on May 22 with bite marks on me, I vacated the residents most urgently for safety reasons. Because I terminated my lease early, they had the audacity to send me a final bill. I have had the horror of dealing with Renauda Willis, Property Manager and Dakota Scott, Leasing Consultant for over 1 month. I have been trying to get back my deposit and all I have been given were self serving excuses, obvious lies and callous remarks. If this is missing in your life, enjoy!
