Incredibly rude staff. They do not care about residents at all. My washer machine was ripping up my sheets and clothes and I was told that my sheets were too thin to be washed! It was a thick comforter and a brand new mattress pad! I have to go to the laundromat now every time I need to wash anything. They also claim to be pet friendly but will not allow dogs to be out on the patios ever.
