Horrible experience. Jan (scheduler) blamed us, the customer, for not contacting them when they stood us up for a service appointment. Her customer service skills are terrible, and based upon this alone, I would NOT recommend this company whatsoever.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Quoted me $95 to fix my timer, quote sod in front yard, & quote a fix for a leak in my sprinkler system. They no-showed my scheduled appointment, rescheduled. They came and did fix my timer, however, billed me to double my original quote. I never received quotes for laying Sod or fixing my leak. I tried to request a reconciliation of my invoice and was hostility by Jana who was extremely rude and short with me over the multiple questions I had with my invoice. I wish I had never called them.
