Extremely unprofessional and condescending. I called Phillips Law seeking assistance after being served for a 10-year-old debt. From the moment the attorney answered, he was dismissive and rude. He interrupted me repeatedly and scoffed at the debt amount, stating he doesn't take cases 'for that amount' ($2k+) because his 'fee starts at $1,000.' Hired Michael for help with a dispute with a big bank. His one time fee wasn't too bad and he never tried to push me into taking a deal or get me to take the first deal since he wasn't getting paid hourly. He negotiated a great outcome, and was definitely worth the money!

Mike Phillips helped me tremendously with great advice and I was able to get an incredible settlement that was the lowest anyone had seen at that office. I was so thankful that I was referred to Mike since I don’t think anyone else would have been able to benefit me the way he did. I was so relieved I didn’t have to pay the full amount for years and years of my life. Highly recommend.

Would not recommend this law firm. I was a victim of identity theft and was referred to them. I spoke with Michael, who seemed to think I had a pretty strong case. Sent him all of the info that he requested. Said he would call me next week. Next week went by and I reached back out asking if he had a chance to review the info I sent. He said he had a hearing that went longer than expected yesterday and that he would call me next week. Well, it's been over 3 weeks and I have yet to hear back from him.
