In February 2023, we held an initial consultation facilitated by a mutual close friend. However, it wasn't until November 2023 that we received an invoice lacking explanatory context. The invoice included an extra 30 minutes beyond the agreed two-hour billing period, as well as an unexpected charge for receiving the initial phone call from the mutual contact. This billing approach is unfamiliar and unconventional.
