Talk about slumlords!!! Commodes continually stops up. Water running to carpet and the reply was let me call Mike and he will be there. No show. Tina had a nerve to tell me don’t worry about mildew, because it’s cement underneath the carpet. No show. Called today around 6pm to report water heater leaking. They will crap you out of your security deposit and the walls are very very thin. Find a better place to live. I lived there 4 years and even let them show my apartment for other people to see and after a 250 security deposit I was mailed a little 40 dollar check. The apartments are under maintained. Plus not to mention the police being called due to drugs. My apartment was super clean. And I get 40 dollars back. And the tried to raise the rent 100 dollars in a year to 775 for a little one bedroom shame on you for doing hone... read more
The manager there is rude and the rent is too high. And when you move they will cheat you out of your deposit
