This dentist destroyed my teeth. He intentionally caused me pain. He left the mold in my mouth during the impression process set, and had his assistants hold me down while he forcibly removed the mold, resulting in 3 teeth pulled without anaesthetic. I nearly went blind in my right eye, required hours of IV antibiotics at a local hospital, and ended up losing most of my teeth in the process. He was unapologetic and said these things happen.
