Needed a special back for an earring and they hooked me right up!
If you plan on paying the “estimate” you are given for any repairs on jewelry, expect to pay more and them to talk to you in an absolute worst manner there is. Horrible customer service. The woman spoke with her back facing me and only after he realized I was a little upset did the guy offer to split the difference. Which I declined. Bad service shouldn’t get the opportunity to buy a good review.
