David (owner) is an exceptional guy. Best quality work I’ve encountered in El Paso in over a decade.
David Hoover did an amazing job on my roof replacement and exterior paint! Quality work and extremely dependable. After contacting 8 different companies, 2 actually showed up to assess my roof, that basically gave me indoor waterfalls after a rainstorm. David was the only one of those got back to me with an estimate at all for a cash pay job, since my insurance denied my claim. David was backlogged a few months & was nice enough to give me a quality patch job 2 days later to hold me over until he could get to actually replac... read more
David did a wonderful job on my roof a couple weeks ago. We were surprised by a lot of repair work that needed done before he could install roofing, no problem David was there everyday to see that things were done properly and after the finished product, it looks amazing.
I used Phillips/Hoover Roofing & Company for obtaining a new roof. I would highly recommend this company if you’re in need of a roof. David Hoover came out promptly to look at the roof and provided a quote in a timely manner. I had damage to my roof from our high winds in El Paso and they did a phenomenal job. I had David Hoover from Phillips Hoover Roofing & Construction put on a new roof on our house several years ago and never got around to giving David a very POSITIVE review! He and his crew did an absolute fabulous job. After seeing some of my neighbors have their roof get blown loose in El Paso's very strong winds, and seeing mine has survived without any issues or leaks is a testament to the quality work that was done. We highly recommend David because he is a really nice guy and does quality work!
