had a pleasant experience with your technician Neo. He was personable, asked questions, instructed me, and was thorough and courteous. I appreciated the text updates and the small bio of who was coming to my house was a good way to create trust. Nice young man and he really cleaned my unit’s coils well!
Joe got us setup for our new system last week and Ivan and Dan were our installers. They were more than prompt and did a fantastic job. We cannot say enough about Legacy. We thought we had great service before with our last HVAC company but since we started with Legacy, they blow the competition right out of the water!!! We have run out of adjectives!! Thank you!!!
Legacy is a great HVAC company. We engage them for home and office. They have excellent team members both in the office and in the field. I wish more companies operated like these folks. They respect their people and that respect in turn is shown to customers. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with these folks.
Zach Olsen came to routinely PM my system and found some issues. He explained the situation very well and described my options for repair. Then Todd Winders visited and very thoroughly explained my options and patiently answered my questions. Determining a complete replacement, Ivan and Danny were the outstanding installation team on today's project.
