Explained everything throughly great quote as well.
Todd was prompt and was extremely knowledgeable about HVAC systems. He asked me a few questions and he already narrowed the problem down in seconds. He also was very thorough with explaining the issues and resolutions to resolve them. I felt I could trust his judgement. Prices are a steep for HVAC service and parts. He did not push any unnecessary services. He understood my budget and did what he could for me with what I could afford.
Neo from Legacy did a thorough system inspection and maintenance. He is clearly very knowledgeable and trained on the latest technology. He was also great at explaining what he was doing and why and showed me photos of what he was finding. The company was doing a promotional price but the actual price for 3 hours of work, analysis and reporting @$240 would have been well worth it in my opinion. Highly recommend this company.
Excellent service as always
