Dan analyzed my AC unit which I thought just needed a tune up and/or cleaning. Because of his thorough analysis, Dan was able to detect additional issues with my 21 year old furnace. Service Tech Joe came to my door. Completely unexpected that they would show up/ or answer the phone, when everyone else was closed. He was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and honest.
I've been a customer since the original company DMC became Phillips and now Legacy. Dan O'Brien is a real technician who knows his trade and a professional with modern technology tools.
