Dan did a wonderful job explaining the things we need to know about maintaining our furnace.
Quickly diagnosed, got the replacement part, and got our furnace ip and running.
This is the 2nd time I have contracted Legacy. I asked for Joe again as I was very pleased with his attention to detail the 1st time- May need a new furnace which Legacy will have the last shot at it after a couple of estimates. I would still choose Legacy even if others are a little lower. I learned that you get what you pay for.
Dan was great. He described in detail what the problem was with my furnace and gave me several options to resolve it.
