I don't even know where to begin, but I guess the beginning would be the best place. Three years ago I had such an awful experience with the Medicial Industry. If I could give zero I would!! Kept my mother’s case in limbo for almost a year. Every three to six months would ask for new records which she had to pay for and postage, told me my mother had a case only to not take it. Even gave me another list of attorneys! I believe it was due to discrimination. If my mother was white this firm would’ve fought for her. She was MUTILATED by West Penn Hospital…so much so that they had to rush her into surgery….
