We were so grateful that Phillips Flowers, and Derek was able to accommodate us on short notice and still make everything feel completely seamless. From the ceremony to the reception, every detail was beautiful. The tables, arch, exterior of the venue, banners, staircase, and all of the floral touches throughout the space were absolutely gorgeous and came together flawlessly. I am so pleased with their customer service! I placed an order to be delivered and I messed up the address. They called me the day of the scheduled delivery to ask me if I had put the correct address because (of course) it wasn’t correct the way I had written it down. In addition, I realized that the person I was sending the flowers wasn’t going to be home on the delivery day so I asked them if it was possible to have the delivery rescheduled for 3 days later. Planning for your wedding is stressful but not when you work with Josh from Phillip's Flowers. He was not only incredibly personable but he was realistic and honest when picking out flowers. I called this morning for a beautiful outdoor arrangement to be delivered today or tomorrow. It is a birthday gift for a special lady. Her favorite color is purple, so naturally that was part of my request. I was dealing with the sweetest person named Susan on the phone. She told me she could go out to the greenhouse to see what they had out there and call me back. Not only did she call me back, she also sent pictures of what was available.
