Really disappointed in this office. From the initial phone call that said timing of an appointment is in "my hands", to the lack of follow up when I sent my paperwork in same day, to seemingly loosing my paperwork, to then never following up to schedule an appointment. That's precious time of mine wasted I could have been looking at other providers. At least have the decency to tell folks you won't be taking them as a patient so they can seek care elsewhere, don't leave them hanging for two weeks.
Dr. Phillips has always put her patients first. From diabetes to a broken vertebra and broken ribs, she always makes sure I have the best care!
