I haven't worked with the attorney directly but as a beneficiary of a passed away loved one the ladies that answer the phone and paralegals are VERY rude and don't seem empathetic at all and despite giving qualifying information that should privy you to data they are rude and don't provide any meaningful information. What a nightmare!
What a bad experience our family has endured with this service , our mother had passed on in February of 2023 and as of this date 11/24 no death certificate has been filed or any probate activity for our mother. I would have to say that our experience with Phillips estate planning is far from that and is along the line as the other 1 star rating The lack of service has led to my property inheritance to decline by tens of thousands dollars... I wish they could held accountable for the not fulfilling there side of the handling... read more
