What a bad experience our family has endured with this service , our mother had passed on in February of 2023 and as of this date 11/24 no death certificate has been filed or any probate activity for our mother. I would have to say that our experience with Phillips estate planning is far from that and is along the line as the other 1 star rating The lack of service has led to my property inheritance to decline by tens of thousands dollars... I wish they could held accountable for the not fulfilling there side of the handling... read more
Doug Phillips has been our estate planner/attorney for over 25 years. I cannot imagine a finer man, estate atty and family advisor!
The caveat in being an estate planning attorney is your clients will never know how their trust and/or probate is managed and completed, because they will be dead and of course never complain. Mr. Phillips is advantageous and opportunistic because beneficiaries of his written estate plans question things too late due to their grief. Huge expenses and fees have already been deducted from the estate due to poorly drafted estate plans.
