I’ve always loved pdi and known that it is normal to have a bit of a wait. Tonight we waited over an hour and the food was cold when we finally got it. Not to mention the bun for my burger was hard as a brick.

I'm not sure how a burger and fries take over and hr to cook. I was the 3rd car in the line. I've been sitting at the window now for over 30 minutes! this is beyond ridiculous.
This place is the worst. We were in laurel from out of town and decided to eat here. We waited over 45 minutes for our food. The employees were extremely RUDE because I questioned them twice after literally everyone that was here left and we still didn’t have our food. I never said a word until after about 40 minutes. Cars were coming and going through the drive thru. They said they were short staffed which I understand but they literally had served EVERYONE but us. I will say the food was good.
