From New Orleans, to Clearwater Florida, to the outer banks and Chesapeake Bay Area.... Phillips was seriously the worst food I have ever had. The filet o fish at McDonald's is better seafood. My dad wanted to take me here, it had been 30 years since he ate there and visited ocean city. The complete experience was terrible from flat soda to terrible service. I will say the day old bread they served before the meal was "ok". Nothing tasted fresh. Very disappointed.
