RecommendedThe menu and buffet is absolutely wonderful! We ALWAYS include Phillips as part of our OC experience every time we come down to the beach. I love Phillips and have for 49 years.

Food was ok, nothing extraordinary. Tables were small and cramped. Table was so close to other guests table we were practically against it when seated. Prices were extremely overpriced. Should have stuck to The Crab Bag.
RecommendedWe had an amazing dinner on the buffet last night! Aside from some extremely rude customers sitting right next to us! Server, Bri, was amazing, very attentive to our needs as well as her other tables! Food was great, atmosphere was wonderful! Will definitely be back!

RecommendedWe had the rudest server. named. bri- Briann F...... tried over charging everyone. when I explained she was wrong nicely. she grabbed my bill and rolled her eyes then rudely tossed my bill at me and walked away. she was rude to most people in resturauant except the young guys. I flew from Washington state to try this place. I won't go back this waitress set a poor mood for what was supposed to be a nice experience
