RecommendedTook our friends for the first time they loved it. I had gone before with my hubby but I must say never have I got disappointed.

RecommendedOur visit today at Phillips Crab House was so on point. The snow crabs were hot, full, and the taste was absolutely delicious. The meat in the legs was so big I had to take two bites! I’m all about the snow crabs-18 clusters but the imperials, fried shrimp and mussels were good too!! They kept the food trays full so the food was always fresh and hot. The best server Nico never let our glasses get empty, cleared the plates and buckets quickly and often. Her helper Jamie was on her game too! Totally awesome experience.
RecommendedAbsolutely loved our meal here. We’ve been here before, the food is always great, seafood super fresh, I ordered the scallops and crab, so good I ate the whole meal! Highly recommend this place, also great service
We were seated by 8:30. Seat was wet and had an open butter packet stuck to the chair. Limited quantities left for the buffet on our side of the restaurant. Food was dry and the famous crab cakes and crab imperial were not good. Staff was cleaning up and never once suggested going to the either side of the restaurant where the buffet seemed to be a bit more appealing, although we did do so ourselves. The food was cold and hard. Prime Rib was over cooked, ham was dry. Not worth $40.
This establishment has been a "must have" for almost 20yrs!! Not anymore!!! Went for the early bird thinking we'd have hot fresh food but instead we found under cooked clams and over cooked crab legs.....I was willing to over look all of that until I used the bathrooms!! First bathroom had no toilet paper so I went to the next which also had no toilet paper and the toilet was just spewing water from the flush handle!!
