We go to Phillips every time we visit Ocean City, it’s a tradition to eat at Phillips on the first night! This year we ate at Phillips twice. And my new favorite is the Chicken Chesapeake! Panko fried chicken breast topped with crab, lobster, shrimp in a parmesan cream sauce with asparagus and red roasted potatoes! I had it both times! Also love the new renovation!
