Phillips Contracting (Owner: Andy Phillips) put a new roof on my Victorian home, not an easy task by any means considering the steep pitch and high elevation. We just had a new roof put on after the hail storm back in April. I didn't know who to call because we are new to the area so a friend of ours told us about Phillips Contracting. I called the owner, Andy, and asked him if he would mind stopping by to take a look at our roof to see if there was any damage. Andy drove close to an hour to take a look at our house and it was determined that there was damage left by the hail storm.
