Avoid. These people are just another one of many, many, MANY shady contractors preying on Floridians who have suffered due to natural disasters. Inflated prices for shoddy work and a constant game of he-said-she-said-I'll-call-you-back-no-I-won't. Do your research and don't fall for a friendly-sounding voice.
Will pay peanuts to their subs , they only have office personal no company crew what so ever , so they are just the middle man, so off course the quality is very low, they make you believe that they are a Christian company and the only thing they care is to make a dollar by any means , horrible experience.

In March of 2016 Solivita (Kissimmee) was hit with an ice and hale storm that damaged over 1000 homes. Phillips Contracting Inc. was the roofing contractor suggested by our insurance company, Tower Hill. We chose to allow the insurance company to handle all of the roofing repairs after paying the required deductible.
