Bad install -Poor work ethics - Co-owner of window division - Randy Spangler ( TWD) - entire 3 panel sliding glass door is not square , only remedy is to remove entire slider .re -stucco , etc He also doesnt seal tapcons openings , allowing water intrusion - so basically doesnt install correctly or to manufactures specs , and this is allowed .
