I called asking for a price on a part. Service Manager Mike gave me the part price, and was actually able to fit me in for same day service, even though it was after noon on a Saturday. Once I got there, he thoroughly explained everything (price difference because of the headlight variable), he was upfront that he did not have the part, but if I was willing, he would get the part from offsite. II was 50 miles away and my Impala would not start. I gave it a rest and it started, and I knew then that I needed to drive it immediately and called my regular service department at Phillips Chevrolet and informed them about what was going on and that I needed to bring in my vehicle. As I drove in I was immediately greeted by my regular service advisor, JAMES B.
