I’ve brought my Cadillac Escalade to Giant Chevrolet Cadillac four times for a seat that wouldn’t recline or move forward, and the issue is still not resolved. I was charged $2,200 for a seat base, only to be told afterward that the recline still didn’t work and another $800 part was needed. When I declined and asked for the seat to be reassembled, I arrived to pick up my vehicle and found the seat still taken apart. Went to Rod Hatfield brand new car die don main road had to be pushed out of the road. Was told by Brian Dick to take the car home and wait to see if it happens again, which it had been happening for days. Was very rude.. a week later had to go back for oil change, im assuming Mr Dick didnt like the review i had left, refused to bring my paperwork to me, manager told him to bring it anyway, mr Dick refused yet again and stormed off in a huff.. WE needed a reliable vehicle as we travel to see our grandchildren often. We were sold a brand new chevy trax. At first it seemed very nice, but after not even making the first payment, the check engine light came on. We took it in and they said it was a problem with the fuel injector, and they would need to order a part and would call us when it came in. The salesman advised they did not have the truck I wanted they would have to get it from another dealership. I said that was fine. During negotiation the salesman offered a free spray in bedliner. Giant isn’t my number one pick. If you’re gonna buy look around. Giant isn’t the best at price or customer service. I don’t think I would recommend.
We put a deposit down on a truck on Monday 12/22 only to be told afterward that the truck would not be available for almost three weeks. Prior to taking our money the salesman never mentioned that the truck was not actually available or would take 3 weeks to obtain. We immediately asked to be returned our deposit and it has been 5 days. No response and every time we call we just get the run around and sent to voicemail. We still do not have our deposit back.
