They are building a house a few doors down from me and it has been a nightmare. Blocked public alley ways and started construction without courtesy notices. Used water spigots on property that wasn't theirs. Even dug up land that cut a WiFi line that impacted several folks who rely on it to work remotely. Very disappointed.
We just closed on our home this morning with Phillips builders. We can't say enough great things! Katherine and Ashley are incredible. They were there for us every step of the way, truly listened to our needs and desires, and went above and beyond in making sure we are happy with our home.
