I purchased a brand new Yukon that was ordered for me. I had an extra $800 predeilivery fee that I caught on my paperwork. I was told that was an error. After the “error”, I questioned the other fees and was responded to harshly and rudely. I tried to escalate my issues and still moved forward with my purchase by electronically signing a purchase agreement provided to my by Phillips Buick and signed before it’s expiration. We traded in 3 good running vehicles for 2 what we thought was great used vehicles. Paid 62000.00 for a truck and 36000.00 for a suv. By the time we got home in truck was having issues. Took it back they kept it a day said it was fixed took it back same issue popped up time we were home.
