I purchased a brand new Yukon that was ordered for me. I had an extra $800 predeilivery fee that I caught on my paperwork. I was told that was an error. After the “error”, I questioned the other fees and was responded to harshly and rudely. I tried to escalate my issues and still moved forward with my purchase by electronically signing a purchase agreement provided to my by Phillips Buick and signed before it’s expiration. We traded in 3 good running vehicles for 2 what we thought was great used vehicles. Paid 62000.00 for a truck and 36000.00 for a suv. By the time we got home in truck was having issues. Took it back they kept it a day said it was fixed took it back same issue popped up time we were home. Took it back they have had it for a couple weeks and now sent it to another dealership ..bought a truck and haven't got to enjoy it yet. We do not accept credit union drafts at our dealership because it is not a check, it is a piece of paper that says certain stipulations must be met and then the credit union will pay you if the credit union feels that those obligations have been met. We have been "burned" by credit unions in the past by having to wait from weeks to months for them to pay us because of many miscellaneous reasons.
