A couple of years ago I had my 2005 Avalon repaired and refinished and was very happy with the exceptional work. The car looked like new again. This week I brought our new 2015 Avalon in for a fender and bumper repair and refinish. I picked the car up today and again I couldn't be more pleased as the car looked like new again. Mike Phillips, the owner is very professional and does great work!

5 STAR EXPERIENCE! Mike Phillips is the definition of great customer service. He is the most thorough and detailed mechanic/painter that I've ever met. He will ensure that the job is done right THE FIRST TIME as opposed to other places that do it half-assed and you have to keep going back. He literally treats the customer's car like it is his own. Mike Phillips has earned a customer for life in me.

I want to thank Phillips Automotive for doing such a great job on repairing my vehicle back in June of 2012 . Mike was very professional when dealing with me and insurance company. I will being doing bussiness with Phillips Automotive again in the future.

I'm always impressed with the work that Phillips Automotive does. Mike does a great job explaining everything and I have come to trust his advice and expertise. The repairs from a recent auto accident are fantastic and I could not be more pleased with the level of service from Phillips!

They have done paint and body work on at least 4 of my cars over the past 10 years or so and I've always been satisfied. I like their personal service and willingness to listen to my wants and needs for the work to be done. They also communicated well with my insurance company on several jobs that were more complicated than first expected. I wouldn't hesitate to use them in the future.

I recently had someone clip my front bumper on my Ford truck, after getting a few estimates, Mike was the lowest (by 25% (+) from a local Ford dealer) and after meeting the man I knew he was very capable of the work to be done. I got the call that the part was in and 20 minutes later I was over at his shop and he had me out the door in under an hour looking like new again. I recently had some body restoration work done on my 1946 Ford Coupe and was thoroughly satisfied. Phillips Automotive was professional, honest and open with all aspects of the repairs. Mike found original replacement parts for my 46 and recommended that I stop by to check on the progress. This was not an easy job, but Mike handled it well. I've taken my 2002 Mazda Protege 5 to Mike twice: battery/alternator issue & radiator/thermostat problem. He is extremely friendly, trustworthy, & honest...all of which are characteristics that most mechanics don't have. Being a stereotypical women, who knows virtually nothing about cars, I know that Mike is going to treat me right; he even takes the time to explain what isn't working, how it should be working, & various ways to go about repairing the problem. He's wonderful!

Mike really took good care of my damaged 2002 GMC 3500 truck. He really worked with me and worked through all the problem crated by the insurance company. It is simply a real personal touch from the beginning until I received my finished truck. He went out of his way to make sure the truck was done right. Only one word I can say is "OUTSTANDING" in his workmanship and customer service.
