The company that installed my unit was bought out by Horizon. Paid over $2000 for a part that was still under warranty. Also, now instead of yearly servicing I have to pay for serviving twice a year. First tech told me I need to change my filter once a month for every person or animal in my home (so every 4 days?). I change it every 30 days. Another tech told me 30 days was too often and I can go 60. I went 60 then got charged an $89 service fee when it froze up because the filter was clogged. Every tech will give you a diff... read more

Derek our technician was very knowledgeable about A/C systems and except for the fact that he had to travel to the warehouse to get the needed parts the repair was completed quickly nice to see a young man with skills because of his experience I wil more than likely use Horizon Services again.
Prompt, polite and professional. Our technician was great, very communicative and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this company.
