Customer service and technicians were very knowledgeable and professional!!
Had Phillips come to maintain my systems, did a great job. Put all the parts back together correctly, we are grateful. Especially since the last service company had been negligent and did not complete the full cleaning process. Cleaned and replaced my filters. Put algae tabs in the drip pans after clearing the drains, washed, and cleaned the units. Service techs were friendly , honest, and efficient.
Philips ac installed a brand new ac unit for my house 2 years ago. Week one my ac kept overheating. They came back two times and the second time finally put Freon in it saying it was low. The heater has never worked at ALL. This unit is still overheating two years later even in cooler temps. The ac can’t be put lower than 79-80 without issues.
