Ethan has been out to our residence twice and both times he's been very professional, courteous and efficient with his work. He explains everything in detail. Overall, very satisfied with this company's work.
We had a phenomenal experience with Lindsey, Jarrod and Zach from Phillips A/C & Heating Services today as first-time customers. They were highly recommended to us by multiple friends and also saved us from paying for a nonexistent, unneeded coil replacement supposedly diagnosed by another local company we had been using. Extremely accommodating, knowledgeable and willing to explain the details. They had us up and running within 2.5 hours of our initial call. We’re happy to call Phillips our new A/C service provider!
He came in Sunday night and did a great job that late fixing the blower motor, thank you Zach, and Jerome, I appreciate you for helping my grand babies in this heat like it's gators alcatraz lol
Air conditioner check and cleaning. Employee was very nice and respectful. Hard worker. He went right to work on checking and cleaning my air conditioner. Finished in a timely manner. Office receptionist was very kind and professional over the phone in making sure I would be taken care of. I'm happy doing business with Philips A/C Heating Services.
