Great service from start to finish. Big job and big mess changing up a very old HVAC unit which they cleaned up beautifully at the end of the day.
Ethan went "above and beyond" in diagnosing a minor problem with my HVAC! He took his time and thoroughly inspected and cleaned all parts of my AC system. Ethan was very polite and courteous with my wife and I. He is definitely is a "role model" of how all repairman should conduct themselves.
Nathan was very good and informative. He explained everything he was doing. Thank you Philips for always answering and coming out in a timely manner.
Both young men were polite, respectful, professional and very knowledgeable. They are a fantastic example of the company's philosophy! The charge for services is so very reasonable. My go to AC company from now on, can not recommend this company highly enough!
