Five stars all the way. As an elementary mom, lice is my worst nightmare, and this salon was a total lifesaver. Kaila was calm, knowledgeable, and amazing with my two kids, helping them feel comfortable right away. She also put me at ease and reassured me that I, in fact, did not have to burn my whole house down. The treatment was thorough, gentle, and—most importantly—100% effective.
