Dr. Karen Phillips is an exceptional physician who truly cares about her patients. She is professional, knowledgeable, compassionate, and takes the time to listen, explain concerns clearly, and make sure you feel comfortable and well cared for. Her kindness and attention to detail make every visit a positive experience. My husband and I both are extremely pleased with the care I received and would highly recommend Dr. Phillips to anyone looking for a dedicated and caring doctor. Definitely a 5-star experience!
I have been with this doctor's office for about five years, and when Dr. Phillips was out of the office for several weeks, I saw the practitioner, and she is great. Whitney is awesome. However, the staff is very argumentative, and it's the gospel. If you say something about one of the staff members, especially Shimon, they're not going to believe a word that you say, so take it with a grain of salt. Got a call from the office this morning to confirm my appointment. I had questions about copay for visit and labs. The office staff I spoke to was rude and didn’t give me a straight answer. I rescheduled the appointment. Megan was amazing my last visit and made me feel very comfortable but the office staff ruined it now I will be searching for a new doctor to get established with. Its so sad that good doctors lose patients all because of poor office staff!!!
