Management doesn't care about tenants won't return phone calls or emails.And the office is open at really inconvenient hours and that makes it so inconvenient for people who work during the day that we can't go visit the office since we can't get our phone calls or emails to go through. BEWARE FRAUD AND SCAM AND THEFT. Steals money. My daughter applied here and they stole $200 from her for a deposit yet told her she was turned down. She can’t get anyone to even respond she calls emails no response. She had had to reach out to the attorney general and she unfortunately is being forced to waste her time for money that should have been immediately refunded. My Husband and I have lived at Phillippi Plaza since May 2023 and have never had a problem till now. We got our rental bill for August 1 and we ended up paying 100 dollars more for our rent but they also charged me a late fee of 88.00 dollars, which my rent has never been late. I payed my rent on August 3 2025. Not late but when I told them at the office about the difference they just lied said they would reimburse me the difference. That never happened. Have tried contacting the property manager multiple times through various channels about a wrongfully charged deposit. I also have been emailing Yardi back and forth for weeks, and they keep saying that they have contacted the property managers and they will get back to me -still nothing happened. You can't communicate with yardi and the property managers period. The management is grossly negligent. Luckily I changed my mind last minute before renting. Tried to contact property management, when they finally got back to me it was one sentence confirming we would meet at the pool 2pm today for a tour. No one showed up, no one contacted me. Frustrating to say the least. The only other email I received from them is an "invitation to apply." No, thank you.
