Management doesn't care about tenants won't return phone calls or emails.And the office is open at really inconvenient hours and that makes it so inconvenient for people who work during the day that we can't go visit the office since we can't get our phone calls or emails to go through. Tried to contact property management, when they finally got back to me it was one sentence confirming we would meet at the pool 2pm today for a tour. No one showed up, no one contacted me. Frustrating to say the least. The only other email I received from them is an "invitation to apply." No, thank you.

BEWARE FRAUD AND SCAM AND THEFT. Steals money. My daughter applied here and they stole $200 from her for a deposit yet told her she was turned down. She can’t get anyone to even respond she calls emails no response. She had had to reach out to the attorney general and she unfortunately is being forced to waste her time for money that should have been immediately refunded. If you want a maintenance team that actually shows up and fixes things properly, Phillippi Plaza has one, led by a Maintenance Supervisor who brings discipline, care, and accountability to the role. Mr. Fravel coordinates vendors well, ensures preventative tasks are completed, and keeps residents informed about any work affecting their units. As a fellow veteran, I respect the integrity and work ethic he brings to the job. Phillippi’s better off because of him.

Pain in the ass to get a tour scheduled. For one they didn’t show up for the virtual tour that was scheduled. Since then I’ve been trying to schedule a tour. I called a representative earlier this week on the phone and they said to meet me at the location at 11:25AM today then they said today they are cancelling it because they are booked out. I was optimistic about this place at first, but these bad reviews really are a good representation of the management here. Don’t waste your time like I did.
