It was a great experience working with Team Fariba & Phillipa to search for and ultimately purchase our new home. They are very communicative and quick to respond. They go out of their way to make showings happen for you. They are both very personable as well. We had much better results from our tailored search that they set up for us online than other agents we’ve worked with which meant they listened and tried to understand their clients’ wants and needs in a home. All in all, we would recommend.
